Honestly, same-day runs aren't the norm — we'd rather you have a couple of days so we can nail the details. But we've done it for last-minute trade shows, game-day league hats, and event giveaways more times than we can count. We won't promise what we can't deliver.
Leather patch hats need 24-48 hours rush minimum, even for small quantities — the laser engraving and sewing time is fixed regardless of how many you order. DTF on flat-front caps can also be same-day in most cases.

Can't get here? We ship finished hats anywhere in Idaho or the Northwest via UPS or USPS. Just tell us your deadline and we'll build the turnaround accordingly.
