These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eagleridgeapparel.com and the products and services provided by Eagle Ridge Apparel ("Eagle Ridge Apparel," "we," "us," or "our"), a custom apparel and decoration business located at 2700 E Lanark St, Meridian, Idaho 83642. By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Eagle Ridge Apparel provides custom apparel and decoration services, including screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, embroidery, leather patches, and related products, as well as online team stores for organizations. Product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are for reference; final specifications and pricing are confirmed on your quote or order.

Quotes & Orders

Quotes are provided based on the information and artwork you supply and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote and/or mockup and, where applicable, submit payment or a deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, artwork issues, product availability, or content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may change based on garment availability, quantities, decoration method, number of print locations, and other order details. Applicable sales tax is added where required. Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice; some orders require a deposit or payment in full before production begins. Custom-decorated products are produced specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once production has started (see Cancellations & Returns below).

Artwork, Proofs & Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the artwork, logos, names, images, and other content you provide ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have the right to use and reproduce it, and that it does not infringe the trademark, copyright, or other rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Eagle Ridge Apparel harmless from any claims arising out of the Customer Content you supply.

We may provide a digital mockup or proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully for spelling, sizing, colors, placement, and quantities. Once you approve a proof, that approval governs production. Any artwork, digitized embroidery files, or separations that we create remain the property of Eagle Ridge Apparel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Colors, Sizing & Production Variances

Colors displayed on a screen may differ from printed or stitched results, and small variations in placement, sizing, and color are normal in custom decoration. Garment sizing follows the manufacturer's specifications. Industry-standard tolerances apply, and minor variances are not considered defects.

Turnaround & Fulfillment

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and begin after artwork approval and receipt of any required payment. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by product availability, artwork revisions, order volume, shipping carriers, or events outside our control. For local pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready. For shipped orders, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, cancellations and changes may not be possible once production has begun, and custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund. If your order arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship attributable to us, contact us within 7 days of receipt or pickup and we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include reprinting or repairing the affected items. This does not cover errors in customer-approved proofs, customer-supplied artwork, or normal production variances.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Ridge Apparel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
