A Boise Etsy seller who orders five rolls a month introduced us to her workflow last spring: one gang sheet, fourteen designs, cut them at the table, press them Tuesday morning before the post office run. That's what gang sheets are for.
One roll of DTF film, packed with as many designs as you can fit. You press. We print in 24 hours and ship or hold for local pickup at our Meridian shop.
A gang sheet is a single roll (or piece) of DTF transfer film with multiple designs printed side-by-side. Instead of ordering each design separately, you fill the roll. You cut the designs apart after it arrives and press them one at a time onto whatever garment you're working on.
Our rolls are 22.5 inches wide. When people search for a "22x24 gang sheet," they're usually thinking of the two-foot length (22.5"×24") — that's our smallest size and a natural starting point. We also print 5ft, 10ft, 15ft, and 20ft rolls for shops that need more coverage.
The cost math makes sense fast. Individual DTF transfers are priced per square inch of each design. A gang sheet is priced per square inch of the roll itself (which you're filling efficiently), so your cost per transfer drops significantly once you're stacking designs. We packed 14 designs onto one sheet for a Boise dance studio last month — logos, names, and sleeve strips all on a single 5ft roll at a fraction of what individual pieces would have cost.
Gang sheets work best when you have multiple designs to print or you're buying inventory ahead of orders. If you have one design and need it printed on 10 shirts, individual transfers are likely your better option.
Start Your Order →Gang sheets aren't a niche product. They're the standard format for anyone who heat-presses more than a few designs a month.
The actual ordering happens through our DTF ordering tool. It takes about four minutes start to finish.
PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI is ideal. You can upload individual files and we'll arrange them, or send a pre-built layout. PDF, AI, SVG, and EPS all work too.
Choose from 2ft, 5ft, 10ft, 15ft, or 20ft on the 22.5" wide roll. If you're not sure which size fits your designs, tell us in the notes and we'll calculate it for you.
Standard 24-hour turnaround. Pick up at 2700 E Lanark St in Meridian or we ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transfers arrive ready-to-press — just heat and apply.
Gang sheets are priced per square inch of roll at $0.035/sq in (the 22.5" roll width is fixed; length is your choice). These are the current price points by roll length.
Prices are approximate based on $0.035/sq in at the listed dimensions. The live order tool calculates your exact price. No setup fees, no color charges. Turnaround: 24 hours standard, same-day rush available (call to confirm).
If you're running a shop and ordering gang sheets on a regular basis, we want to make that easy. Repeat buyers get a dedicated contact, consistent turnaround, and (honestly) better results when we know your file specs ahead of time.
Call us at (208) 954-9492 or email to set up a wholesale account. We work with print shops in Boise, Nampa, and the broader Pacific Northwest who resell DTF transfers under their own brand. No announcement, no minimum commitment — just tell us what you need on a regular basis and we'll figure out a setup that works.
Talk to Josh →We've been in Meridian since 2019. DTF printing is not a side service for us — it's the core of our business. Same-day orders are real, not marketing copy (we've done 3 PM rushes that were ready before close). We have a machine, not a vendor queue, so when something is off with your file we catch it before printing, not after.
Yes. That's the whole point. You can put a 4" logo, a full-front 12" design, a sleeve strip, and a pocket-size print all on the same roll. We'll arrange them to minimize wasted film, or you can send us a pre-built layout. The only rule is nothing goes past 22.5" wide — that's our roll width.
300 DPI minimum at print size. PNG with a transparent background is ideal. PDF, AI, and SVG at vector scale also work perfectly. If you send us a 72 DPI file that's been scaled up, it'll print fuzzy — so check your export settings before you upload.
Yes, white ink is included on every gang sheet at no extra charge. DTF prints a white underbase automatically on every design, which is what makes full-color artwork pop on black, navy, and other dark garments. No extra step, no extra cost.
One sheet is the minimum. Our smallest gang sheet is a 2ft roll (22.5"×24") — roughly what people search for as a "22x24 gang sheet." Order one or order ten. No minimum quantity, no setup fee.
Standard gang sheets are ready in 24 hours. Same-day rush is available on most orders when you call us by 11 AM MT at (208) 954-9492 and your files are print-ready. We can't promise same-day on every order, but we can tell you in five minutes whether it's doable.
Yes. We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders going to the Pacific Northwest or Mountain West arrive in 1-2 days. East Coast is typically 3-4. You'll get a tracking number the moment your label prints.
Absolutely — local pickup is free and usually the fastest option. We're at 2700 E Lanark St in Meridian, about 10 minutes from most of Boise and Nampa. Just note in the order that you're picking up and we'll text when it's ready.
PNG (transparent background preferred), PDF, AI, SVG, and EPS. JPG works but you lose transparency, which means a white box around your design on press. For gang sheets especially, transparent PNGs give you the cleanest cuts and the most flexible layout. When in doubt, export PNG at 300 DPI.
Pack designs edge-to-edge with about a quarter inch of clearance between them for cutting room. Rotate tall designs 90 degrees if they fit better that way. Send us the finished layout as a single wide PNG or PDF at 300 DPI. If layout isn't your thing, just send us the individual files and we'll arrange them.
Yes. Send us your individual design files and tell us how many of each you want on the sheet. We'll pack them efficiently and send a layout preview before we print. This is included at no extra charge — it takes us a few minutes and saves you from guessing whether everything fits.
Upload your files in our order tool — it takes about four minutes. Pick your roll length, leave us a note if you want us to handle the layout, and we'll have it ready in 24 hours.
