What an online team store actually is

A team store is a private online storefront — your own branded URL, your logo at the top, your products with photos and prices, your members ordering directly. Instead of you collecting checks from 40 parents and managing a spreadsheet, every parent orders the size and quantity they want from the store. We produce all orders after the window closes and ship to each address (or consolidate to one drop point for the coach to distribute).

How a team store goes from idea to live in 48 hours

  1. Send us your logo and a list of products you want in the store. Shirts, hoodies, hats, water bottles — whatever fits your group. Don't have artwork ready? We do free cleanup and rebuilds.
  2. We build your store on a custom URL with your branding, real product photos, sizing dropdowns, and your published prices (plus your fundraiser markup if you want one). Live in 24-48 hours.
  3. You share the link. Send to your team roster, school newsletter, league email list, or HR group. Members order directly with their cards.

Zero upfront cost. We build the store free, you pay nothing until your members place orders. Per-piece pricing matches our standard pricing — typically $14-22 for DTF shirts, $18-28 for embroidered hats, $35-55 for embroidered hoodies.

How fast can you build a team store?

Standard build is 24-48 hours from receiving your logo and product list. Rush builds (same-day live) are available for events with tight deadlines — call (208) 954-9492 to coordinate.

Do I have to commit to a minimum order?

No minimum. Each member orders what they want. We produce after the order window closes — if 8 people order, we make 8 pieces. If 800 order, we make 800.

Can I add markup to fundraise?

Yes. Boosters, leagues, and PTAs commonly add $3-8 per item as a fundraiser markup. We collect total payment, deduct production cost, and write you a check for the markup difference.
