A Nampa electrical contractor called us on a Monday at 8:47 AM. He had a trade show booth opening at the Boise Centre on Thursday and needed 80 embroidered polos. His usual shop had just quoted him 5–7 business days. He was, understandably, losing his mind a little.

We had his polos ready Wednesday afternoon. That's the kind of call we get every week, and about 90% of the time we can make it work.

What "same-day" actually means in print

Honestly, same-day is the exception in garment decoration, not the default. Traditional screen printing takes 3–4 hours just to burn screens and mix inks before the first shirt gets touched. That's why most shops in the Treasure Valley quote you a week — they're being straight with you about their process.

We run a hybrid production floor, which changes the math. DTF (direct-to-film) printing skips the screen-burn step entirely, so full-color prints can go from approved artwork to ready-for-pickup in under 8 hours. Embroidery is similar: once our digitizing team has your logo as a stitch file, our SWF multi-head machines can run 24 hats in under 2 hours. We've held those windows for 7 years in Meridian. They're real.

What we charge for rush, and what we don't tack on

Most shops in the Boise area charge a 50–100% rush upcharge. Then they add an expedite fee, screen-setup charges, maybe a weekend production fee. By the time you see the invoice, your shirt cost has doubled.

Our rush fee is a flat 25%. No setup fees, no plate fees, no minimum order, even on a 24-hour turn. Our DTF and embroidery processes don't have setup costs baked in, so when you ask us to bump someone's job in the queue, that 25% is the only real cost we're passing along. (We do tell the bumped customer it's happening, for what it's worth.)

What a clean kickoff looks like

Same-day works when we start clean.

• Print-ready artwork. Vector files — AI, EPS, PDF — are best for embroidery and screen printing. High-res PNG with a transparent background works fine for DTF. If your artwork needs cleanup, we'll handle it, but add an hour or two to the timeline.
• A real count and size breakdown. "About 50 shirts" becomes "let me check stock" which becomes a 30-minute delay. Exact sizes up front saves everyone time.
• Pickup or delivery answer. Pickup is fastest. We can deliver across the Treasure Valley on bulk orders, but it adds an hour to plan the route, so just tell us early.

That's genuinely all we need to move.

When same-day isn't the right call

If your design needs custom Pantone matching, or you're over 500 pieces, or you sent us a low-res JPG at 9:45 AM, we'll tell you straight up. We'll look at 24-hour and 48-hour rush options instead, which still beat most shop quotes by 4–5 days. What we don't do is take your deposit and miss the deadline. If we say it's done by 5 PM, it's done by 5 PM.
