Youth sports leagues have a unique structure: 20-40 teams, 10-20 players per team, each team needs custom apparel with team-specific colors and player numbers. The traditional approach — collecting orders from each coach, consolidating sizes, managing payment — is the most time-consuming part of running a league. We solve this with per-team micro-stores inside a single league URL: every team gets its own dropdown, parents pick their kid's team, order the size and quantity they want, we produce and ship.
We build one master league store URL (e.g. yourleague.eagleridgeapparel.com). Inside it, each team has its own page with that team's colors, logo, jersey design, and roster. Parents select their child's team, browse the available items (jersey, parent shirt, team hoodie, hat, water bottle), and order directly. We sort orders by team during production, deliver in pre-bagged team boxes to one drop-ship address (usually the league office or a designated coach), or ship individually if you prefer.
