No minimums on embroidered hats — order one, order one hundred. Leather patch hats have a 12-piece minimum because each patch is laser-cut individually. Bulk discounts kick in at 24, 48, and 100 pieces.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for an upcharge. Same-week production is doable for embroidered hats with on-stock blanks — call us at (208) 954-9492 to confirm.
Yes. We'll embroider or patch a single sample hat at production pricing so you can hold it in your hands before approving the full run. Most brands do this for the first colorway and then approve bulk for the rest.
Leather patches look best on flat-front trucker styles (Richardson 112, Yupoong 6006). Embroidery works on everything — structured caps, dad hats, beanies, snapbacks. 3D puff embroidery looks sharpest on structured 6-panel caps.
