General
Eagle Ridge Apparel offers five core decoration services: professional multi-head embroidery, DTF (Direct-to-Film) digital printing, custom laser-engraved leather patches, laser engraving on hard goods, and UV printing on specialty surfaces. We also build and manage custom team stores for schools, sports organizations, businesses, and nonprofits. Everything is produced in-house at our Meridian, Idaho shop — no outsourcing, no middleman.
No minimums — ever. You can order a single embroidered polo, one custom hat, or one DTF transfer. We treat every order the same regardless of size. Whether you need one piece or a thousand, you will get the same quality, the same attention to detail, and the same fast turnaround. This is one of the biggest differences between Eagle Ridge and most other shops in the Treasure Valley.
Our shop is at 2700 E Lanark St, Meridian, ID 83642. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We serve the entire Treasure Valley — Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Caldwell, and surrounding areas. Local customers are welcome to drop off blanks or pick up finished orders. We also ship nationwide via UPS and USPS.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from art approval. Rush orders are available and we can frequently turn jobs around in 24 hours. If you have a hard deadline — event day, conference, game day — just let us know when you reach out and we will work backward from your date. We have never missed a deadline a customer told us about up front.
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS and USPS. Local Treasure Valley customers can also pick up from our Meridian shop, which many prefer for larger orders or rush jobs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We package orders carefully to ensure nothing arrives wrinkled or damaged.
The easiest way is to request a free quote. Send us your logo or design, tell us what items you want, and how many you need. We will mock it up on real gear and send you a proof — completely free, no commitment required. From there, you approve the mockup, we produce it, and ship or have it ready for pickup. You can also call us at (208) 954-9492 or stop by the shop.
No appointment is necessary during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm). However, if you have a large or complex project, we recommend calling ahead at (208) 954-9492 so we can make sure the right person is available to walk you through options and samples in person.
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring in your own shirts, hats, jackets, bags, or other items for embroidery, DTF printing, or patch application. We just ask that all items be clean and unworn. Keep in mind that some fabrics or materials may not be suitable for every decoration method, so we are happy to inspect your items and recommend the best approach before we begin.
Yes. We have physical samples on display at our shop at 2700 E Lanark St in Meridian, and we are happy to show you examples of embroidery, DTF printing, leather patches, laser engraving, and UV printing. You can also browse our portfolio online or request photos of past work relevant to your project.
We work with everyone, from an individual who needs a single custom hat to large businesses outfitting hundreds of employees. We serve schools, sports teams, nonprofits, corporate clients, small businesses, and individuals throughout the Boise Treasure Valley area and nationwide.
Simply contact us by phone or email and reference your previous order. We keep all digitized embroidery files and design setups on file permanently, so reorders are fast and straightforward with no additional setup charges.
Yes. If you have an idea but no finished artwork, our team can help create or refine your design. We can work from sketches, rough concepts, or even just a description of what you are looking for. We will provide a mockup for your approval before moving forward.
We serve a wide range of industries including construction, restaurants, healthcare, real estate, schools and sports teams, churches, nonprofits, corporate offices, and retail brands. If your team wears it or your customers see it, we can customize it.
Yes. All embroidery, DTF printing, leather patch production, laser engraving, and UV printing are done in our Meridian, Idaho facility. We never outsource your order to a third party, which means we maintain full quality control and faster turnaround times.
We work hard to match your brand colors as closely as possible. For embroidery, we use an extensive thread color library. For DTF and UV printing, we print in full CMYK color, which covers a very wide color gamut. If you have specific Pantone or hex color codes, please provide them and we will match as closely as the medium allows.
Pricing
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, which reflects the complexity and size of your design. A standard left-chest logo (under 8,000 stitches) on a polo or jacket typically runs $8–$14 per item for the embroidery decoration alone, not counting the garment. Hat embroidery is usually in the same range. Larger or more complex designs with higher stitch counts will cost more. We will always show you the exact price before you commit.
DTF print pricing is based on the size of the transfer. A standard full-front print (approximately 12" x 14") typically runs $4–$8 per transfer applied. Smaller prints like left-chest logos are less. There are no color charges — a one-color design and a 20-color photographic design cost the same to produce. Garment cost is separate and varies by style and supplier.
Zero setup fees. This applies to every service we offer. For embroidery, digitizing (converting your logo into a stitch file) is included at no charge. For DTF and digital printing, there are no screens, plates, or films to charge you for. You will never see a line item called "setup fee" on our invoices. The price quoted is the price you pay, full stop.
For most rush orders (24–48 hours), we do not charge a rush fee. We just ask that you be upfront about your timeline when you reach out so we can confirm availability before taking your order. For extremely tight same-day requests, a small rush fee may apply depending on what is already in the queue. We will always tell you the exact cost before proceeding.
Yes. For larger orders — typically 24 pieces or more — per-unit pricing decreases. The more you order, the lower the per-piece cost. We will build tiered pricing into your quote automatically so you can see exactly what different quantity levels cost. There is no obligation to hit any particular tier; we just want you to have the full picture.
Pricing depends on the decoration method, the complexity and size of the design, and the quantity ordered. We provide free, detailed quotes so you know exactly what to expect before committing. There are no hidden fees, no setup charges, and no surprise costs at the end.
For most orders, we require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For smaller orders, we may collect full payment upfront. We will clearly communicate payment terms when you approve your quote.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, checks, and electronic payments. For corporate accounts, we can also arrange invoicing with net-30 terms upon approval.
For larger orders, we are happy to discuss flexible payment arrangements. Contact us to talk through your project scope and we can work out a payment schedule that fits your budget.
Yes. We value long-term relationships and offer preferred pricing for repeat customers and ongoing accounts. The more you work with us, the better your pricing gets. Contact us to set up a business account.
Yes, quotes are always free with no obligation. Send us your logo, tell us what products you are interested in, and we will provide a detailed quote typically within one business day.
Laser engraving pricing depends on the material, size of the engraving area, and complexity of the design. Simple items like leather patches or keychains start at just a few dollars each, with per-unit pricing decreasing at higher quantities. Contact us with your project details for an exact quote.
UV printing pricing varies by the size of the item, the print area, and order quantity. Because UV printing is a direct-to-surface process with no screens or plates, there are no setup fees, making it very cost-effective even for small runs. Reach out with your project details and we will provide a free quote.
Embroidery
We can embroider on virtually any fabric item: polo shirts, button-downs, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats (structured and unstructured), beanies, bags, tote bags, aprons, patches, and more. The main requirement is that the item needs to be stable enough to hoop or clamp in the machine. If you have an unusual item in mind, just ask — we have embroidered on a lot of things over the years.
Our embroidery machines can handle designs up to approximately 11" wide x 13" tall for flat garments such as t-shirts and hoodies. For hats, the standard cap sewing field is about 2.5" tall x 4.5" wide on the front panel. Left-chest logos are typically 4" wide or less. If you have a very large design, we may recommend DTF printing as an alternative for better results and cost efficiency.
Our machines support up to 15 thread colors in a single design, which covers the vast majority of logos and artwork. Realistically, most designs use 3–6 colors. We carry hundreds of Madeira and Isacord thread colors and can match your brand colors closely using Pantone or hex references. More colors do not cost more — thread changes are part of the job.
For embroidery, we work from your original artwork rather than a pre-made stitch file. Send us your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) for best results, or a high-resolution PNG or JPEG at 300 DPI or larger. We handle the digitizing process in-house at no charge — we will convert your artwork into a production-ready embroidery stitch file and send you a proof before anything gets stitched.
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. Unlike many shops that charge a separate digitizing fee, we include digitizing at no extra cost. Once your design is digitized, we keep the file on record permanently so you never pay for it again on reorders.
Yes. Hats are one of our most popular items for embroidery. We can embroider on structured and unstructured caps, beanies, visors, bucket hats, and more. We use specialized hat hoops and backing to ensure clean, professional results on curved surfaces.
Flat embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a smooth, classic look. 3D puff embroidery uses a foam underlay that raises the design off the surface, creating a bold, dimensional effect that is especially popular on hats and caps. Both options are available for your project.
Yes. We regularly handle team and group orders where each garment gets a unique name, number, or both. Just provide us a roster or list and we will customize each piece individually at no additional setup cost.
We recommend a minimum text height of about 1/4 inch (6mm) for readability. Anything smaller than that can become difficult to read because thread has a physical width that limits fine detail. Our team will advise you during the proof process if any elements need to be adjusted for best results.
We use premium polyester embroidery thread, which is colorfast, durable, and resistant to fading from washing and UV exposure. Polyester thread holds up better than rayon over the lifetime of the garment. We also carry metallic and specialty threads for unique effects.
Yes. We regularly embroider on polyester performance wear, moisture-wicking polos, athletic jerseys, and similar technical fabrics. We use appropriate stabilizers and techniques to prevent puckering and ensure the design looks clean on stretchy or lightweight materials.
A simple text-only design might run 3,000 to 5,000 stitches, while a detailed logo with multiple colors can range from 8,000 to 15,000 stitches or more. Stitch count affects production time and pricing, and we will let you know the exact count when we provide your proof.
Embroidery does penetrate the fabric with a needle, so removing stitches may leave small holes or impressions, especially on delicate fabrics. We recommend treating embroidery as a permanent decoration. If you need a removable option, consider a sewn-on or heat-applied patch instead.
We use SWF multi-head commercial embroidery machines, which are industry-leading for speed, precision, and consistency. Multi-head machines allow us to embroider multiple garments simultaneously, which keeps turnaround times fast even on large orders.
In most cases, yes. If you send us a clear photo or sample of the existing embroidery, we can re-digitize the design and match it as closely as possible. Minor variations may occur since every digitizer and machine combination produces slightly different results, but we will get you a proof for approval before stitching.
DTF / Digital Printing
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed in full color onto a special PET film using water-based inks, then coated with a heat-activated adhesive powder. The transfer is cured, then heat-pressed directly onto your garment. The result is a vibrant, full-color print with excellent durability and a soft, flexible feel. DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, and virtually any fabric color — including dark garments with no white base showing around the edges.
Screen printing requires a separate screen (stencil) for every color in your design, which means setup costs and minimum order requirements to make it economical. Eagle Ridge no longer offers screen printing because DTF is simply a better technology for most customers: no setup fees, no minimums, unlimited colors, photographic detail, and faster turnaround. DTF prints are just as durable as screen prints when properly cared for and actually offer more design flexibility.
Very durable. A properly applied DTF print will withstand 50+ wash cycles without significant fading or cracking when laundered correctly (cold water, inside out, no high-heat dryer). We use premium inks and tested adhesive formulas to ensure longevity. As with any decorated garment, washing in cold water and air drying will maximize the life of the print.
Full-color CMYK printing means unlimited colors. We can reproduce photographic gradients, complex multi-color logos, and intricate artwork with no color limitations or surcharges. White ink is included as standard, so designs print cleanly on black, navy, and other dark garments. Neon and specialty colors are replicated as closely as possible within the CMYK gamut.
DTF printing works on virtually any fabric including cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, nylon, tri-blends, and even non-traditional materials like leather and canvas. Unlike sublimation, DTF is not limited to light-colored polyester, making it one of the most versatile printing methods available.
Yes. DTF prints include a white ink layer beneath the colors, which means your design will look vibrant and accurate on black, navy, dark heather, and any other dark fabric. There is no color limitation on the garment.
A properly applied DTF print should not crack or peel under normal wear and care. Our in-house production uses premium inks and adhesive powders, and we calibrate our heat press settings precisely for each fabric type. With proper washing care (cold water, inside out, avoid high heat drying), DTF prints last 50 to 100 washes or more.
Yes. DTF printing excels at photographic and full-color artwork because it prints in unlimited colors with no additional cost per color. Gradients, shadows, and photo-realistic images all reproduce beautifully. This is one of the biggest advantages DTF has over screen printing.
Our standard DTF print area covers up to approximately 13 by 19 inches, which is large enough for most front, back, or sleeve designs. For oversized prints, contact us and we will discuss options. We can also do all-over or multi-location prints on a single garment.
Yes. DTF transfers can be heat-applied to structured and unstructured hats. It is a great option when your hat design includes detailed artwork, gradients, or a large number of colors that would be difficult or expensive to achieve with embroidery.
No. Unlike direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, DTF requires no pretreatment of the fabric. The transfer is printed onto a special film first, then heat-pressed onto the garment. This saves time and means a more consistent result across different fabric types.
Yes, we offer gang sheets of DTF transfers that you can apply with your own heat press. This is a popular option for businesses, craft sellers, and event organizers who want to press on demand. We will provide detailed pressing instructions with your order.
DTF produces a softer hand feel than heat transfer vinyl (HTV) and can reproduce full-color, photographic images that vinyl cannot. Vinyl is limited to solid colors and simple shapes and requires individual weeding of each piece. DTF is faster to produce, more versatile, and generally more durable for complex designs.
Yes. DTF transfers can be applied to virtually any item that can withstand heat press temperatures, including tote bags, blankets, pillowcases, canvas shoes, aprons, and more. If you have an unusual item in mind, bring it in and we will let you know if it is a good candidate.
Custom Leather Patches
Custom leather patches are small pieces of genuine leather that have been laser-cut to shape and laser-engraved with your logo, text, or design. They are applied to hats, jackets, bags, and other apparel using heat-applied adhesive, sewing, or velcro depending on the application. Leather patches are one of our most popular products because they deliver a premium, craft-brand aesthetic that embroidery and print simply cannot replicate.
Absolutely — that is actually the most common application for leather patches. We laser-cut and engrave the patch, then heat-press or sew it onto the front panel of structured or unstructured hats. The result is a clean, premium look that is extremely popular with craft breweries, outdoor brands, construction companies, and anyone who wants their hats to stand out. We can apply patches to hats you provide or supply the blanks ourselves.
Genuine leather patches are extremely durable and will typically outlast the garment they are attached to. The laser engraving is permanent — it is burned into the leather rather than printed on top, so it does not fade or peel. Over time, the leather may naturally darken or develop a patina with wear, which many customers actually prefer as it gives the patch additional character.
We cut leather patches to almost any custom shape and size. Common hat patch sizes are 2" x 3.5" (standard front panel) and 1.5" x 3" (slim profile). Jacket and bag patches can be larger — up to approximately 4" x 6" or custom dimensions. We can cut rectangular, oval, shield, or any other shape your brand requires. Minimum quantities are flexible — you do not need to order 500 patches to get started.
We offer genuine natural vegetable-tanned leather, dark brown oil-tan, chestnut, and black leather options. Each has a distinct look and feel, and we can help you choose the right one based on your design and the aesthetic you are going for.
Laser engraving uses a laser beam to etch your design into the leather surface, producing fine detail and a charred contrast effect. Debossing uses a heated metal die to press the design into the leather, creating a subtle, indented look without color change. Both are durable and professional; laser engraving offers more detail, while debossing offers a classic, understated feel.
Yes. While rectangles, squares, circles, and ovals are the most common, we can laser-cut leather patches into virtually any custom shape to match your brand or design concept. Custom die-cut shapes are a great way to make your patches stand out.
Leather patches can be sewn on for maximum durability, or we can apply a heat-seal backing that allows them to be attached with a heat press. Sew-on is the most traditional and durable method, while heat-seal is faster and works well for hats and items where sewing is difficult.
Yes. We can color-fill laser engraved areas with paint or ink for a pop of color, or we can print directly onto the leather surface using UV printing for full-color photo-quality designs. This lets you keep the rich texture of real leather while incorporating your full brand palette.
Yes. Genuine leather is naturally tough and weather-resistant. Our leather patches hold up well on workwear, outdoor gear, hats worn daily, and items exposed to the elements. Over time, natural leather develops a patina that many people find adds character.
Yes. Since we have no minimums, you can order a single patch to evaluate the look, feel, and quality before committing to a larger quantity. We encourage sampling so you are completely confident in your choice.
Team Stores
A team store is a custom-branded online shop that we build and manage specifically for your group, school, sports team, business, or organization. You select the approved products and decoration options; we create the store with your branding. Individual members visit the store, choose their items, pick their sizes, and pay directly. We produce and ship each order. You never have to collect money, track sizes, or coordinate deliveries.
Here is the typical process: you tell us what you want to offer and share your logo. We set up the store with your branding, your approved product lineup, and your decoration. We send you a link to share with your group. The store can run as an open window (orders collect until a close date) or stay open year-round for ongoing orders. Members order and pay individually. We batch-produce orders efficiently and ship direct or to a central location — your call.
No upfront cost to set up the store. We build it as part of our partnership with you. Our margin comes from the product and decoration pricing on orders, not from a platform fee. There are no monthly fees and no annual charges. If your store closes with zero orders — which almost never happens — you owe us nothing. We are invested in your store's success because we only make money when your members buy.
Most team stores are set up with a two-week ordering window, which gives every team member time to browse, select sizes, and place their individual order. We can adjust the window length to fit your team's schedule, whether you need one week or a month.
Yes. Team stores are accessible to anyone you share the link with. Parents, family, boosters, alumni, and fans can all browse and order spirit wear, fan gear, or the same items the team is ordering.
Each individual places and pays for their own order directly through the online team store. This eliminates the hassle of a team manager collecting cash, checks, or Venmo payments. Everyone pays securely online at checkout.
Yes. A single team store can include items with different decoration methods. For example, you could offer embroidered polos, DTF-printed t-shirts, and leather patch hats all in the same store. We set up the production routing on our end so it is seamless for the buyer.
Yes. We can configure the store so that each buyer can enter their name, number, or other personalization when ordering. This is common for jerseys, warm-ups, and team gear where every piece needs to be unique.
Once the ordering window closes, we aggregate all orders and begin production. We batch everything together for efficiency, which typically results in a 10 to 14 business day production time from the store close date. All items are delivered together unless you request individual shipping.
Yes. Team stores can be reopened for additional ordering windows, whether for a new season, late orders, or a fresh round of spirit wear. Since your designs and setup are already on file, reopening is fast and free.
Laser Engraving
We can laser engrave a wide range of materials including leather, wood, acrylic, glass, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, bamboo, cork, ceramic, and some plastics. If you have a specific material in mind, contact us and we will confirm whether it is a good candidate for laser engraving.
Laser engraving is a permanent marking method. The laser physically removes or alters the surface of the material, so the design will not fade, peel, rub off, or wash away over time. It is one of the most durable customization options available.
Yes. Laser engraving is ideal for corporate gifts, awards, trophies, custom drinkware (tumblers, mugs), cutting boards, keychains, pens, picture frames, and other promotional items. The precision and permanence of laser engraving makes products feel premium and high-end.
Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF) produce the best results because they scale cleanly to any size. We also accept high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG) at 300 DPI or higher. If you only have a low-resolution file, we can often recreate it as a vector for you.
Yes. We can convert photographs to a grayscale raster format and engrave them onto wood, leather, acrylic, and other surfaces. Photo engravings work best on lighter-colored, smooth materials. The result is a detailed, artistic rendering of the original image.
Yes. You are welcome to bring in your own items for laser engraving, whether it is a personal gift, a set of tumblers, or a wooden sign. We just need to evaluate the item first to make sure the material is laser-safe and the surface is suitable for engraving.
Laser engraving removes material from the surface, creating a physical cavity you can feel with your finger. Laser etching melts the surface to create a raised mark without removing material. Both are permanent; the best choice depends on your material and desired look. We will recommend the right approach for your project.
UV Printing
UV printing uses ultraviolet light to instantly cure (dry) specially formulated inks directly onto a surface. This allows us to print vibrant, full-color designs on hard and rigid items like phone cases, awards, signs, promotional products, and more. The ink bonds to the surface on contact, creating a durable, scratch-resistant finish.
UV printing works on almost any flat or slightly curved surface including wood, metal, glass, acrylic, leather, plastic, ceramic, phone cases, coasters, and signage. If the item fits in our printer and has a printable surface, we can likely UV print on it.
UV-cured inks are highly durable and resistant to scratching, fading, and moisture. The UV curing process creates a hard, bonded layer on the surface. For items used indoors, UV prints last for years without noticeable fading. Outdoor items may experience some fading over extended direct sun exposure.
Yes. UV printing can build up layers of ink to create a raised, textured feel on the printed surface. This is great for adding a tactile dimension to business cards, promotional items, signage, or product packaging. We can combine flat full-color printing with selective raised areas for a premium look.
No. Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye into polyester or polymer-coated surfaces, and is limited to those specific materials. UV printing cures ink directly onto virtually any surface using UV light, giving it a much wider range of material compatibility. UV prints sit on top of the surface, while sublimation dye becomes part of the material.
Yes. UV printing produces photo-quality, full-color output. It handles gradients, shadows, fine detail, and photographic imagery beautifully. If your project requires photorealistic images on a hard surface, UV printing is an excellent choice.
No. Since there are no screens, plates, or setup tooling involved, UV printing is cost-effective at any quantity. You can order a single custom piece or hundreds of units at the same per-unit efficiency. This makes it perfect for prototypes, personal gifts, and short-run promotional items.
Design & Artwork
We accept vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG, TIFF) at 300 DPI or higher. Vector files are always preferred because they scale to any size without losing quality. If you only have a low-resolution file such as a small JPEG from a website, we may be able to recreate it for you.
A vector file uses mathematical paths instead of pixels to define shapes and lines, which means it can be scaled up or down to any size without losing quality. This is important for embroidery digitizing, laser engraving, and any print job where sharpness matters. Common vector formats are AI, SVG, and EPS.
In many cases, yes, but results depend on the resolution and complexity of the image. A small, low-resolution JPEG may look blurry or pixelated when enlarged. We can often recreate your logo as a clean vector file, which produces the best results across all decoration methods. We will evaluate your file and let you know the best path forward.
Yes. If your only file is low-resolution, damaged, or not suitable for production, we can recreate it as a clean, scalable vector. This is a common service we provide and ensures your logo looks sharp on any product at any size.
Absolutely. With embroidery, DTF printing, leather patches, laser engraving, and UV printing all under one roof, we can recommend the best method based on your design, the product you want to decorate, your budget, and the look you are going for. Send us your artwork and tell us your goals and we will guide you to the right solution.
Yes. Once we digitize your embroidery design or set up your artwork for any other decoration method, we keep those files on record permanently. This means reorders are fast and easy, with no repeat setup work or charges.
We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked logos, team names, brand marks, or licensed artwork without written authorization from the rights holder. If you have a licensing agreement, we are happy to produce the order with documentation. We take intellectual property seriously and will not produce unauthorized work.
Garments & Products
Either way works. We carry a full catalog of blank garments from top brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Carhartt, Nike, Under Armour, and many more. You can also bring in your own items. Most customers prefer to order through us for convenience, brand selection, and volume pricing.
We have access to thousands of styles from all major wholesale brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Port & Company, Sport-Tek, Carhartt, The North Face, Nike, Under Armour, Richardson, Yupoong, and many more. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, we can source it.
Yes. Garment selection matters for comfort, appearance, and how the decoration looks on the finished product. We will ask about your intended use, audience, and budget and recommend the best options. We can also provide blank samples for you to feel the fabric and check sizing before you commit.
Yes. Most of our catalog brands offer men's, women's, and youth cuts and sizes. We can help you find the right fit for every member of your team or organization, from youth XS through adult 5XL and beyond depending on the brand and style.
Yes. Jackets, hoodies, quarter-zips, vests, windbreakers, and other outerwear are all popular items for embroidery, DTF printing, and patch application. We work with these items regularly and know how to handle zippers, seams, linings, and other construction details.
Yes. We can laser engrave stainless steel tumblers, customize ceramic mugs with UV printing, and decorate many other hard goods. Custom drinkware is one of our most popular corporate gift and promotional product categories.
Yes. We work with many construction, industrial, and trades companies that need logos on safety-rated garments. We are careful to decorate in approved areas that do not interfere with reflective striping or safety ratings. Let us know your requirements and we will ensure compliance.
Care & Maintenance
Wash embroidered garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Embroidery is extremely durable and the thread will not fade, crack, or peel. With basic care, embroidered items last the full lifetime of the garment.
Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle. Use a mild liquid detergent and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and optical brighteners, as these can degrade the print over time. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Never iron directly on the printed area; if needed, iron from the inside or use a pressing cloth.
We recommend hand washing or spot cleaning items with leather patches when possible. If machine washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent, then air dry. Avoid high heat in the dryer, which can warp or shrink the leather. Over time, natural leather may develop a patina, which is normal and adds character.
Laser engraving is permanent and requires minimal special care. For drinkware and hard goods, clean as you normally would. For engraved leather items, follow standard leather care practices: keep away from prolonged moisture and condition occasionally with a leather-safe product. The engraving itself will never fade or wear away.
You can iron a DTF-printed garment, but never place the iron directly on the print. Turn the garment inside out and iron from the back, or place a thin cotton pressing cloth between the iron and the design. Direct heat from an iron on the print surface can cause melting or distortion.
UV-printed items are generally low-maintenance. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners that could scratch or degrade the printed surface. For items used outdoors, UV prints hold up well but may experience gradual fading under prolonged direct sunlight over several years.
