Custom Embroidery

Professional multi-head SWF machines, free in-house digitizing, and hundreds of premium thread colors. Polos, hats, jackets, bags — all done right here in Meridian, Idaho.

Embroidery That Outlasts the Garment

Eagle Ridge Apparel runs professional multi-head SWF embroidery machines loaded with hundreds of Madeira and Isacord premium thread colors. Our in-house digitizing team converts your logo into a precision stitch file — at no charge — before a single stitch hits fabric. Every job goes through a production proof so you approve exactly what gets made.

Embroidery isn't just decoration. It's a statement about quality. When your team shows up in shirts with clean, sharp embroidery, it communicates a standard of professionalism that screen printing and iron-on transfers simply can't match. The stitches are raised, dimensional, and tactile — they invite people to look closer.

We embroider on polos, button-downs, t-shirts, hoodies, zip-ups, jackets, hats, beanies, tote bags, aprons, and virtually anything else that can be hooped or clamped. Left-chest logos, full-back designs, hat fronts, sleeve hits — if you can describe the placement, we can stitch it.

Pricing is based on stitch count — the number of stitches required to recreate your logo at its intended size. Simpler logos with clean lines and fewer colors are typically the most affordable. Complex, high-stitch-count designs take longer to run but the quality payoff is obvious. We'll always give you a stitch count estimate and pricing before you commit to anything.

What We Can Embroider

Why Choose Embroidery

Embroidery is the gold standard for corporate branding, workwear, and premium branded apparel. Unlike DTF prints that sit on the surface of the fabric, embroidered designs are physically part of the garment — they won't crack, fade, or peel even after hundreds of washes. For industries where appearance and durability matter, embroidery is the right call.

It's also unmatched for certain applications. A leather patch hat is cool, but a crisp embroidered logo on a heavyweight polo communicates authority. Restaurant uniforms, construction workwear, corporate polos, sports team jackets — these categories have chosen embroidery as their decoration method for decades because it simply holds up.

Eagle Ridge Apparel treats every embroidery order the same way whether it's one polo or five hundred: your artwork gets digitized carefully, your production proof gets reviewed before we run, and your finished garments get a quality check before they ship. That's the standard we hold ourselves to every time.

Real-World Applications

Corporate & Business

Employee uniforms, client gifts, executive polos, trade show apparel, and branded company swag. Embroidery communicates professionalism and longevity — it's what businesses choose when they want gear that looks good on day one and day five hundred.

Sports & Recreation Teams

Coaches jackets, team travel gear, warm-up tops, and spirit wear for youth leagues, high school teams, rec leagues, and club sports. Embroidered team logos hold up through the season and beyond.

Restaurants & Hospitality

Server aprons, host shirts, management polos, chef coats, and front-of-house uniforms. Embroidery survives commercial laundering far better than printed alternatives and keeps staff looking sharp.

Construction & Trades

Work shirts, safety vests, fleece layers, and company jackets. Embroidered logos on jobsite gear project a professional image to clients and create team cohesion on site. Durable enough for the work environment.

Events & Promotions

Staff shirts for fundraisers, golf tournaments, charity events, and community gatherings. Embroidered event gear becomes a keepsake rather than a throwaway — higher perceived value than printed shirts.

Custom & Personal Orders

Wedding party shirts, anniversary gifts, memorial pieces, and personal branding. No minimum means one piece gets the same care as a hundred. Perfect for one-of-a-kind custom projects.

FAQ

Embroidery Questions Answered

What file format do I need to send my logo?
Any format works — we accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) give us the cleanest starting point and may produce a sharper result, but our digitizers can work from any file type. If you don't have a digital version of your logo, send us what you have and we'll figure it out.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count. A simple left-chest logo typically runs 4,000–8,000 stitches and costs $8–$15 per piece depending on quantity. A full back design at 20,000+ stitches runs higher. We always give you an exact quote before you commit. Blanks can be sourced through us or you can supply your own garments.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We have zero minimums on embroidery. You can order a single polo, a single hat, or a single jacket. The per-piece price is higher on single pieces than on larger quantities — that's just the economics of setup time — but we will never turn away a small order.
How long does embroidery take?
Most embroidery orders are ready within 3–5 business days after art approval. Rush production (24–48 hours) is available on most items — contact us to confirm availability before placing a rush order. Turnaround time may vary during peak periods.
Can I supply my own garments for embroidery?
Yes. We embroider on customer-supplied garments regularly. Bring them to our Meridian shop or ship them to us at 2700 E Lanark St, Meridian, ID 83642. We review all customer-supplied items before running to confirm compatibility with our hooping equipment. Most standard apparel is compatible without issue.
What machines do you use?
We run professional SWF multi-head embroidery machines — the same equipment used by commercial decoration shops nationwide. SWF machines are known for stitch precision, consistent tension, and reliable color reproduction. Multi-head configurations let us run multiple pieces simultaneously, which keeps turnaround times fast even on larger orders.
