What we accept, what works best, and what to do if you only have a low-res logo. No gatekeeping — send it, we'll tell you what's possible.
We can work with almost any logo you send us, but the cleaner the source file, the cleaner the print.
AI, EPS, PDF. Scales infinitely. Required for screen printing and embroidery digitizing.
PNG or JPEG at 300dpi at the final print size. Works for DTF and smaller logos.
Not sure what you have? Email it, we'll tell you what we can do with it.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are made of math — they scale to any size without losing quality. This is the gold standard for embroidery and screen printing. Raster files (PNG, JPEG) are made of pixels and lose quality when you stretch them. Fine for DTF at the original size, but if we need to scale up a raster logo, it'll get blurry.
Don't have a vector version? We can usually convert simple logos for free. For complex artwork, we may charge a small fee or partner you with a designer.
CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) is print-safe. Send artwork in CMYK.
RGB (red, green, blue) is screen-only and will shift in print. Convert to CMYK before sending.
PMS (Pantone Matching System) is how we match specific brand colors. If your brand has a Pantone color, tell us — we'll match as closely as possible.
Other shops charge $30–$80 to digitize your logo for embroidery (convert it to a stitch file). We do it free for all embroidery orders. If you already have a digitized file from another shop, we can usually use it.
Not sure what you have? Email your file to hello@eagleridgeapparel.com and we'll tell you what we can do with it. No judgment.
