If you're managing a football program — youth Pee Wee, middle school, or high school varsity — you've probably figured out that pads, helmets, and cleats come from athletic equipment vendors. Practice jerseys — the daily workhorse
Most football programs order screen-printed practice jerseys in team colors with player numbers. Daily practice rotation gear — players each get 2–3 to swap through the week.
Per-piece cost at 50+ pieces: $8–$13 each. Gildan ultra cotton at the low end, Nike or Champion at the high end.
Sideline hoodies — the visible team gear
Sideline hoodies are what fans see during the game. Heavyweight cotton hoodies in school colors, embroidered with team logo and player number on the back.
Per-piece cost at 30+ pieces: $25–$45 each. Independent Trading is the most-ordered hoodie blank for football.
Coach polos — the look that says staff
Coach polos are non-negotiable for the head coach + coordinators + position coaches. Embroidered polos in school colors, with school crest + 'Coach' or 'Coordinator' on the chest.
Per-piece cost: $28–$45 depending on polo brand. Nike Dri-FIT, Under Armour, or Antigua are the standard coach polo brands.
Booster supporter merch — the revenue driver
Football booster club fundraisers are often the year's biggest revenue source. Mom + dad team-color tees, parent hoodies, school-color visors, team scarves for night games — all in our wheelhouse.
Run a team store window starting in August. Parents and supporters order their own sizes, you don't coordinate anything, the booster club nets $8–$15 per item sold.
Flag football leagues — the alternative
If you're outfitting a youth or adult flag football league instead of tackle, the uniform mix shifts. Sublimated jerseys with names + numbers ($35–$60 per piece) replace the practice jerseys + pad combo. Otherwise sideline gear is the same.
Travel gear for away games
For varsity programs traveling to district or state games, embroidered team duffel bags ($45–$75) with player name + number make the team look organized when stepping off the bus. Combine with a team-color sweatpant + hoodie for the full 'we're here to play' look.
Recruiting apparel — the underrated win
High school programs visiting middle school feeders for recruiting events should bring branded gear. Embroidered hat + team-color tees for the staff, a small batch of giveaway tees for the kids. We can produce these on demand for visit-specific events.
