We have no minimums — but the per-piece economics get aggressive starting around 50 pieces. For event tees, school shirts, fundraisers, corporate giveaways, conference swag, and team uniforms, bulk pricing usually saves 20–45% per piece versus small orders. Here's how the tiers work.
Two costs drive your per-piece price: the blank (the t-shirt, hoodie, hat itself) and the decoration. Both get cheaper with volume.
A 5.3 oz Gildan G500 tee with a 2-color front-chest screen print costs about $11 each at 12 pieces, $7 each at 100 pieces, and $5.50 each at 500 pieces. That's a 50% reduction by going from 12 to 500. Your actual quote depends on blank choice, decoration method, and design complexity.
Bulk orders take longer than small orders, mostly because we have to sequence them through production. 50 pieces — usually 7–10 business days. 200 pieces — usually 10–14 business days. 500+ pieces — usually 14–21 business days. Rush options available for almost any volume; call us.
You can run multiple designs in one bulk order — e.g., 100 staff tees in one design + 100 volunteer tees in another. We treat the blank tier as the combined 200, but each design carries its own setup cost.
For repeat customers and verified businesses, we offer Net 30 payment terms on bulk orders over $1,500. Ask about it on your quote.
Two ways to order — design it yourself online in minutes, or send us your project for a custom quote. Free mockups either way, no minimums, no setup fees.
