If we mis-embroider a name, misprint a color, ship the wrong size on our end, or your order shows up after the promised in-hand date because of our shop, we make it right — re-run, refund, or swap, whichever you prefer. No restocking fees, no "you should have caught that in proof" deflections. The only things we can't guarantee are blank inventory outages once orders are confirmed (we'll always offer same-grade alternates) and customer-supplied artwork errors we already flagged in proof.
