FAQs About the Process

How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days after you approve your mockup. Rush options are available — 24-hour, 48-hour, and 3-day turnarounds for an added fee.
What art file types do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI) also works. If you don't have a clean file, send what you have and we'll help clean it up or recreate it.
How many mockup revisions do I get?
As many as you need. We don't charge for revisions — we want you to love it before we print it. Most orders settle in 1 to 2 rounds.
Do I have to pay upfront?
We usually collect a deposit to start production and the balance when the order ships or is ready for pickup. Larger recurring accounts can be invoiced on terms.
