We've kept the process intentionally simple. Five steps from first email to finished gear at your door, usually 7–14 business days end to end. Here's exactly what happens at each stage.
Email, call, or fill out the contact form. Send us: the garment you want, the quantity, the design (or describe it), and your deadline. If you don't know what blank to pick, just describe what you're trying to do and we'll suggest a few options.
Usually within one business day. The quote includes: per-piece price, total, setup fees if any, and an estimated production timeline. If the quote needs to be revised — different quantity, different blank, different decoration method — just tell us and we'll re-quote.
Once the quote is approved, our design team builds a digital mockup showing exactly what the finished piece will look like — including print placement, sizing, and color. You review the mockup, request changes if needed, then sign off. No payment until you approve the mockup.
Production starts within 1–2 business days of mockup approval. Most orders ship in 7–10 business days from approval. Rush production (3–5 business days) is available for an upcharge on most decoration methods.
We ship via FedEx or UPS — tracking sent automatically when the order leaves. Or pick up free at our Meridian shop (2700 E Lanark St). Local Treasure Valley delivery available for bulk orders.
