No minimums on DTF and embroidered hoodies. Screen-printed hoodies have a 12-piece minimum so the per-piece cost stays reasonable after setup. For one-off DTF prints we'll match online retail pricing.
DTF (Direct to Film) is great for full-color complex designs and small runs — the print is soft and stretches with the fleece. Screen print is best for solid-color designs at 24+ pieces where it costs less per piece.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from artwork approval and blank availability. Heavy fleece runs (Independent IND4000, Carhartt) sometimes add 2–3 days for supplier shipping. Rush production available.
