T-shirts are what we print most. Event tees, team shirts, fundraiser runs, retail merch, family reunion shirts, work uniforms, you-name-it. No minimums — order 5 or 5,000. Volume pricing kicks in over 50 pieces.
All four work — screen print is best for 36+ pieces with 1–4 colors, DTF is best for 1–24 pieces or full-color designs, embroidery is best for left-chest logos and premium feel, and HTV vinyl is best for per-piece custom names + numbers.
Most blanks run XS through 5XL. Kids 2T–YXL available on most styles. Mixed-size orders (kid + adult) are standard — no setup charge for the mix.
Standard: 7–10 business days from mockup approval. Rush: 3–5 business days, ~25% upcharge. Most rush jobs we run are event tees with hard delivery dates — fundraiser shirts, 5K race tees, conference swag, last-minute volunteer shirts. Call us with the date and we'll tell you straight what's possible.
Standard print placements on tees: full front (chest to waist), front chest pocket (3–4" left-of-center), full back (shoulder blades to waist), back yoke (between shoulder blades), left sleeve, right sleeve, side seam, bottom hem, and inside-neck label print. You can combine placements (e.g., front chest logo + full back design) on the same shirt — most multi-location prints add a small per-placement charge.
The #1 reason a custom tee order disappoints: blank choice. A Gildan G500 prints great but feels stiffer than a Bella+Canvas 3001 — if your customer is comparing to a retail tee, that gap matters. The #2 reason: decoration method mismatch. Screen print on stretchy performance polyester cracks fast; DTF or sublimation is the right call there. We catch both of these at quote time — tell us how the tee will be used and we'll recommend the right pairing.
Two ways to order — design it yourself online in minutes, or send us your project for a custom quote. Free mockups either way, no minimums, no setup fees.
