Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest, with the tape parallel to the floor. Compare to the brand's chest measurements (not the dress-shirt collar size). Most brand charts list chest measurement next to size.
Mixed-size orders are standard for groups — family reunions, schools, teams, events. Most blanks add a small upcharge starting at 2XL ($2–$4 per piece). XL is usually flat-priced. Send us your size breakdown and we'll quote the mix.
Most brands offer toddler (2T–5T) and youth (XS–YXL, which usually goes up to a women's small). Youth blanks are cut shorter and narrower. Best for ages 5–13.
