Sublimated Game Jerseys
Sublimated game jerseys are the industry standard for baseball. Player names + numbers + sponsor logos all printed into the fabric so they don't peel, crack, or fade through a season of sliding into bases.
Per-piece cost at team quantities (12+): $35–$65 depending on blank choice and sponsor count. Lower end is a basic mesh poly jersey with names + numbers; higher end is a premium athletic-cut jersey with multiple sponsor logos and full-color art.
Below 12 pieces: Expect $50–$85 per jersey. Sublimation setup is the same regardless of order size, so per-piece cost climbs fast at low quantities.
Practice Tees
Most teams pair their sublimated game jerseys with a budget-friendly practice tee in team colors. Cotton or moisture-wicking poly, screen-printed or DTF-printed depending on quantity and quantity.
Per-piece cost at 24+ pieces: $9–$14 each. Gildan 5.3 oz cotton at the low end, Nike or Under Armour performance tees at the high end.
Embroidered Caps
Team caps are usually embroidered, not printed. Embroidery holds up to sun, sweat, and seasons of wear better than print does on the curved crown panel.
Per-piece cost at 12+ pieces: $16–$26 depending on blank choice and stitch count. Richardson 112 trucker caps and New Era performance fitteds are the most-ordered baseball blanks.
