Sublimated Game Jerseys

At team quantities of 12 or more, you're looking at $35–$65 per jersey. The low end is a basic mesh poly jersey with names and numbers. The high end is a premium athletic-cut jersey with multiple sponsor logos and full-color artwork. Below 12 pieces, expect $50–$85 per jersey — sublimation setup costs the same regardless of quantity, so per-piece price climbs fast at small runs.

Practice Tees
Most teams pair their game jerseys with a cheaper practice tee in team colors. We print these screen-print or DTF depending on the run, and the fabric choice is usually cotton or moisture-wicking poly.
At 24 or more pieces: $9–$14 each. Gildan 5.3 oz cotton sits at the low end. Nike or Under Armour performance tees push it toward $14. You'll probably land around $11 for a standard team order, which is what most programs budget.
Embroidered Caps
Caps get embroidered, not printed. Embroidery holds up to sun and sweat in a way that a heat-transfer print just doesn't, especially on the curved crown panel where prints crack first.
At 12 or more caps: $16–$26 per cap, depending on the blank and stitch count. Richardson 112 truckers and New Era performance fitteds are what we order most for baseball teams.
