Wrestling singlets are the most specialized custom uniform we make — every singlet is sublimated, every order is school-colored, every roster is individually sized from 16 inches to adult 2XL. There's no off-the-rack version. Here's what real 2026 wrestling singlets cost for Treasure Valley high school and youth programs.
Per-piece pricing at team quantities
For high school wrestling programs ordering 10+ singlets, expect $45–$85 per singlet depending on:
- Blank choice (entry-level mesh poly vs. premium athletic poly)
- Color count in your school design (single-color simple vs. multi-color full-design)
- Sponsor or partner logos (zero or one or three)
- Roster size (10 singlets vs. 30+)
The typical high school singlet at 16 pieces, school-color match, single-color design, with name and weight class on the back lands at $58–$68 per singlet.
Why the per-piece cost is high relative to other sports
Sublimated singlets have unusual production constraints. Every singlet is individually sized — a heavyweight wrestler's singlet is twice the fabric of a 16-pound singlet. Per-roster individual customization (name + weight class + sometimes coach signature) means each singlet gets unique treatment in production.
Compare to baseball or basketball where players within a team share approximately the same blank cut. Wrestling can't do that.
Smaller orders cost more per piece
Below 10 pieces, expect $65–$110 per singlet. Solo wrestlers or adult open-club orders (3-5 pieces) typically land around $85–$130 each.
Reason: setup cost is the same regardless of order size. With 4 singlets, the setup absorbs into 4 pieces; with 16, it absorbs into 16. Per-piece economics improve fast with volume.
Mid-season replacement singlets
If a new wrestler joins mid-season, we can produce a single replacement singlet in 5–10 business days matching your existing school colors. We save your team file so there's no setup fee on the reorder — just the per-piece cost of the new singlet.
Other team apparel for the program
Most wrestling programs round out the singlet order with:
- Warm-up tees — screen-printed team-color tees worn before matches ($14–$22 each)
- Travel hoodies — embroidered with school crest and 'Wrestling' on the back ($25–$45 each)
- Coach polos — embroidered with school crest + 'Coach' ($28–$45)
- Booster / parent supporter tees — wrestling families are loyal merch buyers ($14–$20)
School-color matching is non-negotiable
Your school colors ARE the program identity. Send us your school's PMS (Pantone) values and we match exactly. If you don't have PMS values, send us your athletic logo and we'll color-pick from there.

How We Make This Stuff
Everything covered in this post is produced in our Meridian, Idaho shop at 2700 E Lanark St. Eagle Ridge Apparel is a family-run print shop serving the Treasure Valley since 2019 — we embroider, screen print, DTF, sublimate, laser-cut leather patches, laser-engrave drinkware, and UV-print promotional goods on equipment we operate ourselves. No outsourced decoration, no overseas fulfillment, no third-party middlemen.
Most custom apparel orders ship in 7–10 business days from approved mockup. Rush production in 3–5 business days is available on most decoration methods; embroidered hats are the tightest constraint. We hold no minimums on any decoration type — order one piece or one thousand — though pricing scales aggressively over 50, 100, and 250-piece tiers. Free digital mockups before production starts. We don't begin a run until you sign off on what it'll look like.
Two ways to order: design it yourself online in our designer tool (any quantity, any decoration method), or request a custom quote and we'll send back pricing within one business day. Talk to a real person at (208) 954-9492 or info@eagleridgeapparel.com — most inquiries get a response within two hours during the business day.
