This is the order we see most often. A tee with the loved one's photo on the front, name and dates below, sometimes a short phrase they were known for. Family wears them at the service and keeps them for years.
At 24 or more pieces with DTF photo printing: $11–$18 per shirt. Most families land in this range. Below 12 pieces: $16–$25 per shirt, because setup costs don't shrink with the order.
One thing worth knowing: we can work with a low-resolution photo and vectorize it into a clean print without losing the likeness. We don't charge extra for that on memorial orders. It's probably the part of the process we take the most care with.

Celebration of Life Service Tees
When you're outfitting extended family and close friends for the service itself, orders typically run 30–80 pieces. The design is usually simpler at this scale — name, dates, a cross or angel wings, maybe a favorite verse. You don't need complexity when the shirts are meant to be worn together.
At 30 or more pieces with screen print: $9–$14 per shirt. At 50 or more: $8–$12.
We move memorial orders to the front of our production queue. The service date is fixed. We know that.
Memorial Walk Team Shirts
Susan G. Komen, the MS walk, suicide prevention walks, childhood cancer walks — families coordinate team shirts for all of these, usually with "Team [Name] Strong" and the walk date. These tend to be larger runs.
At 50 pieces: $9–$14 per shirt. At 100 or more: $8–$12.
If you're organizing a team and need sizing flexibility, we can help with that too. (Most families don't realize you can mix sizes across an order without it affecting the per-shirt price.)
Embroidered Memorial Pieces
Some families order embroidered polos or hoodies as keepsakes for immediate family — given out at the service, meant to last. These cost more, and they should. The quality holds up differently than a printed tee.
Embroidered polo: $32–$48 per piece at 6 or more pieces. Embroidered hoodie: $42–$58 per piece at 6 or more pieces.
Anniversary of Loss Tees
We produce anniversary memorial tees year over year for a handful of Treasure Valley families — same order, updated date, smaller batch. Usually 8–24 pieces for immediate family.
At 8–24 pieces with DTF: $14–$22 per shirt.

Turnaround When You're Working Around a Service Date
Standard production runs 7–10 business days from mockup approval. Rush production — 3–5 business days — is available when timing is tight. If the service is five days out and you have the photo and a rough idea of the design, call us directly. We'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work, and we usually can.
Tell us the service date upfront. We'll plan backwards from there instead of making you chase us.
If the Budget Is Tight, Say So
We've waived setup fees for memorial orders. We've extended payment terms. We've helped families redesign around a simpler print to hit a lower per-piece cost. This isn't the order where I'm trying to upsell anyone. The goal is to honor the person within whatever the family can actually spend.
