How we built a unified branded look across team polos, closing gifts, and open-house giveaways for a 12-agent brokerage.
A 12-agent Boise real estate team needed cohesive branded materials — team polos for showings, closing gifts for clients, and giveaways for open houses. They wanted everything to feel like one brand without looking like a uniform.
We started with the team polos. Embroidered Nike Dri-FIT polos in two team colors, with the team logo on the left chest and an optional sleeve number for the agent's tenure (a quiet status signal inside the team). Agents picked their own size on a shared order form so we could ship the right size to each desk.
Closing gifts were the bigger lift. We sourced laser-engraved walnut cutting boards with the agent's name and a discrete team logo. Each agent got a stock of 6 to keep on hand and gave one to every closing client. The gifts ended up in clients' kitchens for years — passive brand impressions every time someone hosted a dinner party.
Open-house giveaways were lower-cost, higher-volume. Branded canvas tote bags, water bottles, and stress balls in team colors. We held inventory at our shop and shipped re-orders to agents on demand — saved them the storage hassle and let them order just-in-time before open houses.
