Brian's brokerage was trying to build a recognizable local brand in a crowded Boise real estate market. Yard signs and business cards weren't enough. But ordering bulk branded apparel upfront felt risky โ what if the team grew, agents left, colors changed?
We started small โ 14 embroidered polos for the core agents, tonal embroidery on navy and charcoal. Once those hit and agents were wearing them to client meetings, we layered in leather-patch Richardson 112 hats for outdoor/casual days and embroidered tote bags for client welcome kits. We held the logo files, color spec, and agent sizing records so reorders take 30 seconds. As the team grew, new agents got the standard kit on day one.
Two years in, the brokerage has a recognizable look across closings, open houses, and community events. The apparel is genuinely worn, which is the whole point. Program continues to grow as they add agents.
“People now walk up at open houses because they recognize the logo. That's worth more than any ad.”
