The Challenge

Rocky Rugby runs a youth rugby club with hundreds of families across the Treasure Valley. Every spring they needed to restock jerseys, warmups, and fan gear — but ordering bulk upfront always left them with leftover inventory in sizes nobody wanted, and running re-orders mid-season meant missed games. They needed a way for families to order whenever, in whatever size, and get their gear quickly.

What We Did

We set up a permanent online team store at their URL with the full lineup: practice tees, game-day replicas, hoodies, dad hats, duffel bags, and fan gear for parents and siblings. Each product was pre-set with team colors and numbers. Every order we received produced on-demand in our Meridian shop — embroidered sideline jackets, screen-printed practice tees, patch-hatted team caps. No minimums. We fulfilled and shipped directly to families, nothing for the club to manage. Mid-season reorders? Just another order through the same link.

The Outcome

Four years in, Rocky Rugby has rolled 205 unique family customers through the store. Reorder rate is strong — the same families come back each spring plus bring new ones. The club spends zero on inventory, zero on storage, and avoids the 'we have 40 leftover XS practice shirts' problem entirely. We've delivered gear in as little as 5 business days to Boise-area families and shipped farther out when needed.
