How we built a custom online team store that lets parents and players order season uniforms and supporter gear without the coach playing middleman.
A club rugby league with 14 youth teams across Idaho needed a way to outfit hundreds of players (and their families) for the season without having every coach in town running spreadsheets and chasing checks.
We built them a custom online team store using our team store platform. Each team got its own page with the team's colors, logo, and roster. Players, parents, and supporters could log in, pick their items (player jerseys with names + numbers, hoodies, hats, supporter tees, blankets), and check out with their own card. Money came directly to us and we'd manifest production runs at the order deadlines.
Player jerseys had per-player customization — the store collected the player's name and number at checkout and we layered them into production. No coach spreadsheet, no chasing for the kid's number, no last-minute scramble. The team store ran a primary and supplemental window each season so families had two chances to buy.
Supporter gear sold harder than expected. Mom and dad shirts, grandma hoodies, sibling youth tees in team colors — all on the store, all sold without any coach effort. The league captured supporter-side revenue that previously didn't exist.
